Bags & Backpacks

Pack The Backpacks Tips

  • The weight of the backpack should not exceed 10% to 20% of the kid's body weight.

  • Put the heaviest things, such as books or tablets, closer to the kid's back.  It's better for weight distribution.

  • It's better to carry as few things at a time as possible. If your kid has a school locker or a desk tote tray, it may help to unload the backpack.

CHOOSING A LUNCH BAG TIPS

You like meat-based lunches or dairy products, so you need to have an insulated lunch bag to keep food cool and avoid food poisoning. Put an ice pack in the lunch bag, and your food will stay cool.

If you carry only snacks, fruits, and water, it's not necessary to get an insulated lunch bag. So you can buy a washable lunch bag. Most of them are not insulted. And you can wash it, but only by hand. Because washing machine may damage the fabric.

Handle or strap? What's better? Messenger style lunch bags are comfortable and functional. A large strap spreads the weight and the bag doesn't hurt child's shoulders. But having a handle is also a great advantage. A child can carry it by the handle if he has already a backpack on his shoulders.

At KidStuffStation.com you can buy various Wildkin lunch boxes: double decker, black, blue camo, black, Bengal orange, leopard & pink, ripstop black, red, whale blue or with Mermaid.
